What is Bowspring?

A Postural Movement Modality

The Bowspring method, created by Desi Springer and John Friend,  is a postural movement modality based on the universal sacred geometry within the body. By practicing Bowspring, the whole body moves towards balance, symmetry and harmony. A regular Bowspring practice can heal the body from physical injury, cultivate mental clarity, create a deeper sense of self and lead the whole body towards a state of optimal well- being.

The Bowspring method is applicable to any and all students open to learning. By understanding the natural form of the body, uniform balanced tone can be created to promote optimal functional movement.

Balanced uniform tone within the body allows for lightness, agility, freedom from injury, and longevity within the joints of the body.

The Bowspring method empowers the whole body to not only transform and heal but to maximize potential.
